ViralForge is a creation tool for social content, poster copy, and visual assets. This policy explains how the app handles user data.
Data We Process
- Product briefs, topics, brand profile fields, audience settings, tone settings, banned words, and other creation inputs.
- Optional product reference images selected by the user for poster generation and AI background creation.
- Generated copy, poster drafts, project history, favorite status, export status, and app settings.
- Subscription status from Apple StoreKit, including product ID and transaction status needed to unlock Pro features.
- Ad impressions, clicks, closes, rewarded-ad completion events, and advertising identifiers or device-level attribution data when ads are enabled and the user grants tracking permission.
Storage
Local drafts and settings may be stored on the device. When online generation and quota features are used, selected prompts, brand profiles, generated projects, quota state, and subscription sync data may be sent to the ViralForge backend.
AI Providers
When live generation is enabled, prompts and related generation context may be sent to the configured text generation service to produce copy and content plans. For poster background generation, ViralForge uses the configured Seedream image generation service. If you add a product reference image, that image may be sent with the prompt so the generated background can naturally incorporate the product. API keys are handled on the backend and should not be stored in the iOS app.
Advertising and Tracking
The free version may show Pangle ads, including app-open ads, native/feed ads, and rewarded video ads. Pro users are completely ad-free and do not see app-open ads, feed ads, or rewarded-ad entry points.
For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, the ad SDK may process device information, ad impressions and clicks, placement information, coarse network state, and advertising identifiers. The app may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier may be used for more relevant ads and attribution measurement. If you deny tracking, contextual or non-personalized ads may still appear. The app also supports SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution.
Photos
The app asks for add-only photo permission when saving generated posters to the photo library, and asks for selected photo access when you choose a real product reference image. A selected reference image may be sent to the backend and image generation provider to create or improve poster backgrounds.
Data Deletion
For local-only data, deleting the app removes locally stored drafts and settings from the device. You can also clear local workspace data from App Settings. Generated projects can be removed from the Projects screen. You can turn off tracking permission in iOS Settings, or subscribe to Pro to remove ads.
