User Responsibility
- Do not use ViralForge to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, medical, financial, or exaggerated advertising claims.
- You are responsible for verifying factual claims, platform compliance, advertising compliance, and rights to any materials you publish.
- You are responsible for your input content, exported content, and final published content.
Subscriptions
ViralForge Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow Apple App Store policies. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings.
Availability
AI generation and backend features may depend on third-party providers, network availability, and usage limits. ViralForge may modify, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
